Braziwi Refund & Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your Braziwi pieces! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
For New Zealand Customers 🇳🇿
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we cover the return.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
For Australian Customers 🇦🇺
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• For faulty or damaged items, we cover the return shipping — no worries!
• For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@braziwi.co.nz.
