Processing time:

• Ready-made items ship within 2 business days.

• Made-to-order items ship within 2 weeks (depending on fabrics and volume).

• Delivery time (NZ only):

• North Island: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch

• South Island: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch

• Rural deliveries may take longer

• Delivery partners: NZ Post / Courier services with tracking.

  • Auckland (urban, excluding Waiheke): NZ$15
  • Waiheke Island & Rural addresses: NZ$20(includes rural delivery fee)
  • North Island (outside Auckland): NZ$20
  • South Island: NZ$35
